The perfect cheap handlebar mirror set for the TTSE
« on: November 15, 2013, 06:23:29 am »
I took a chance and ordered some cheap handlebar mirrors and they are perfect in every way on my new TTSE. The exact width and height to be very useful, without looking at our gloves. They look very nice on my new blue TTSE too.

So from BikeBandit, it's 80458 and 80459.  You can order them right here.

Hi Don,

I had the same issues as you and found some after market "cheap" mirrors
that matched the colour and style of the Trophy,
and which I personally think look fantastic  :169:

They're not perfect as the arms do cross in front of, and slightly obscure the view to the built in mirrors.

I have the main mirrors set quite close the edge of the bike so I can see way behind me,
and the extra mirrors are set wider to cover the "blind spots" on both sides.

I think yours looks best on the silver bikes and mine look best on the blue bikes.

I have noticed no such problem with mine. I adjusted the stock mirrors for very close on the sides where I cannot see my gloves but can see just to each side of the bike. I have the handlebar mirrors to see as much road behind me as possible.

Hi there,

Edited to add :

I just checked the latest advert for these and they DO ship all over the World,
but for some reason the "U.S." is excluded from the list  :191:

I have a Phone number for them - and will send you a PM shortly with a suggestion  :028:

Here's the link for the latest auction: Universal Motorbike Mirrors

Seasons Greetings

Based on another thread here or on T-rat, I purchased & installed the mirrors from the Aprilia Mana 850 into the existing handlebar mounts. They look good, appear to be a little further outboard than the above setup, don't shake at speed, and are very affordable. Each mirror assembly comes complete with mounting stud and rubber cover. Shipping was $8.95.
1   8104922  OEM Aprilia Left Mirror -#8104922 - $23.99
1   8104921  OEM Aprilia Right Mirror -#8104921 - $23.99

I bought from af1racing.com.
