    Took the Ipod shuffle back and bought an Ipod nano.  The Nano hooked up with no problems, both bluetooth and wired.  The Shuffle wasn't recognized at all!

    Hi there Wingjack,

    Thanks for confirming this ....

    In the new "HOW TO : Check the most common faults and issues" topic,
    under "AUDIO" / "USB audio not working from iPod / iPhone",
    there is information drawn from the Owners Audio Handbook
    listing the iPod devices that are supported.

    The "Shuffle" is not on the list  :110: !
