A perfect boxing day
« on: December 26, 2013, 07:16:07 am »
Well for those who don't know in New Zealand Christmas dinner is often a BBQ on the beach.

Boxing Day is however reserved for the Wanganui Street Races. (http://www.cemeterycircuit.co.nz/)

So as always I set off in the gloom and rain (This time on my Triumph Trophy) for Wanganui.

The weather cleared and there were only a couple of light showers during the days racing.

Highlight for me was seeing Guy Martin out there having fun on an old Manx Norton (500 single)

Not being a photographic genius most of my photo's seem to include my finger...

Managed to get one good shot of a very tidy old Kawasaki KH500 triple sitting in the Pits.

How many of you remember it's big brother? The widowmaker, the H2 750 Triple.

Oh, I am so green with envy.

I spent today raking snow off my roofs so the garage will not collapse on the Trophy...
