Hello Ladies & Gents, my pair of Sena 10's arrived today and fitted perfectly.
I am able to talk to each other on both helmets.
I have paired my headset to the headset 1 position and can hear my IPhone 5 play music through the USB port. All good in that respect.
However, my screen ONLY shows positions for Head set 1 and Device 2. Am I missing something to find the second headset position so the wife can also listen to music.
All l require is
1. my wife and myself to talk to each other,
2. listen to music of the IPhone 5 via USB port, &
3. Listen to GPS - Zumo 660

Any help would be appreciated please......

I believe that Sena have an update coming that allows music sharing between the headsets. It has not appeared as yet.

The bikes Bluetooth only has 2 channels. Headset and device 1.

To my knowledge the Bluetooth standard only allows 1 unit to be paired per channel.

If you have registered your headset with SENA you will receive an email advising of the latest firmware update.  Lates version is V4.3, which has the ability to share music.
My headset is paired under device 1 and with music sourced from usb port music sharing works a treat.  The user guide for the firmware is available from the SENA site

Hello Mad Dog, yep 4.3 ver has been applied to the units.
My helmet is paired to the bike under headset 1 and l can hear music via the USB to my lphone 5. I can talk with the wife on the second helmet but there is no music being passed. I can also hear the GPS from my helmet. Have l got to do something or have l missed something.
Any help in the setup would be appreciated.

Hi Frosty,

Page 47 of the Audio Handbook :
You can connect up to two devices:• A headset and a streaming music device (or phone);• Two headsets.
The rest of the instructions aren't too clear about HOW to pair two headsets though !  :157:

I'm not with my Trophy right now, but later today, if no-one else has provided the answer,
I'll go press a few buttons and let you know how it's done  :028:

I'm guessing when you go into the Bluetooth setup Menu and it says "Headset 1",
you can scroll up or down to select "Headset 2",or something very similar to that  :169:

Hi Frosty, Had me stumped to but all you have to do to start music sharing is enter into a two way conversation and then press the jog dial for approx 1 second, until you hear a double beep.  You and the wife will hear the music.  To converse press the jog dial.  To go back to music press again. Page 32 of the user guide for the new firmware refers.

OK,

Go to the Audio set up menu : "M" for Audio Settings, Scroll Down to "BLUETOOTH", then Select ("i"),
and as you have found there are two items that can be selected : "HEADSET 1" and "DEVICE 2".

It would make more sense if those said : "1 - HEADSET"   and   "2 - DEVICE",
as the numbers 1 & 2 represent the two Bluetooth channels that are available on the Trophy Audio system,
and do NOT refer to the "First" Headset, and the "Second" Device !   :157:

From Page 47 of the Audio Handbook :

HEADSET 1 will only allow pairing of a compatible headset.
DEVICE 2 will allow pairing of a compatible headset, mobile phone or streaming music device.

So all you should need to do is Pair your first Sena Headset as "HEADSET 1", and the second Sena Headset as "DEVICE 2"  :028:

Let us know how you get on !
