Better picture of broken pannier support

This is a better picture of the broken support.  Note the large voids in the poorly casted PLASTIC!  I say again cheap cheap cheap, should be cast metal like Triumph uses on there other bikes.

Meanwhile ......

I was at my Dealers today and snapped a Photo of the Pannier Rail on an Explorer -
it looks like a much more substantial piece of metalwork !
