You know what? I used to curse the Trophies mirrors but found the bar ones on my CB had worst blind spots.

I opted for the mirrors off the Explorer  :028: Had them before I collected the 1st bike last year. If you look around there are cheaper alternatives but either way it improves the re view vision to no end. Then the fairing mirrors can be off set to lessen the blind spots  :028: Much much safer in MHO don't think I could ride without them  :005:

I had my 10K service work done on May 23rd & while I was at the dealer I asked if he had any mirrors that would fit. I can see behind just fine on my daily commute. But when I strap on my extra traveling bag to the seat I have a hard time seeing around the ends of the bag. I can't just take a quick glance to see traffic behind me. So I really wanted to do something. My dealer found some aftermarket mirrors, still in the package & covered in years of dust. $20 for the pair. Hard to beat that price.

To be honest, I don't see the problem with the mirrors, I find them brilliant! You just have to adjust them correctly, I'd admit they take some adjustment from standard mirror use, but I find them better than handlebar mirrors, they don't vibrate as much at high speed (110 plus) which most normal mirrors do!! I suppose it's a personal thing really.
