Radio reception after ECU Upgrade
«

Out of curiosity has anyone, other than me, experienced reduced radio reception after the ECU upgrade? If so do you know the cause apart from a loose antenna?

The quality of the reception is fine but the radio stations seem to drop out quicker, like it has lost part of it's gain ???.
Also loose the stereo signal quicker.

I'm in the same boat thinking my radio and SAT reception is weak after the ECU upgrade.

After a morning spent with QueenslandKen (thanks mate) taking off the fairings our efforts only realised marginal improvement in FM reception. Still no FM or AM frequency scan; and no AM reception on Audio pre-sets.
Back to the local service guys who upgraded the ECU to resolve.

I didn't realise how bad the reception was on your bike, a real bummer.
I was picking up several AM stations while Scott wasn't tuning into any of them.
White static noise on the FM stations.

After a return to the service guy the TT SE AM/FM reception is now fixed. It appears a loose connection in the CAN Bus after ECU swap.
