Booked In
« on: March 07, 2014, 06:14:32 am »
Called in to my dealer yesterday to arrange the center stand and ECU recall jobs and asked about the cylinder head job too. He said he would also do that at the same time. So I'll be having all 3 items done.  :046:

Fair play to Triumph for acknowledging the issues and resolving them.

Hopefully thats it and I can enjoy the bike. I'm taking it down to Lake Como in Italy in September for it's first big trip

I fitted a btdc a spec just before it went in so that needs a good outing as well.  At least the weather is looking better  :152:

Got my Trophy back last Saturday. All three items done and so far all is well. Can't say I noticed any difference in the old ECU and the replacement, it seems to run as it did before. The slight clicking/ticking the engine made when cold has gone now. Lets hope that's it now for recalls.
