That doesn't sound normal to me. Mine was absolutely perfect when it came out of the box.  You might try a damp terry cloth on a small area; if it doesn't wipe off easily, I'd probably return it.

Doesn't sound correct to me. Mine was wrapped in bubble wrap and was perfect.

Yep, looks like a bad batch of plastic!  Notice that the center part looks just fine.. The entire lower half should look like that!

i  figured   ill call on tuesday when they are open.

i live 1.5 hours away.  i think triumph should pay for the shipping of the new and to pick mine up correct?
