« on: April 15, 2014, 10:20:57 am »
I know that triumph produced a rear mudflap, but non are available and it has been discontinued.
Has anyone found a solution to stop the rear of the bike getting very dirty, do huggers work?

Thank you everyone, will go to the dealers adn order one

Many Thanks

Are you sure they have been discontinued ?  A friend of mine ordered one on Friday from the dealers and collected it this morning    :187:

I was also lead to believe they come as standard on the 14 (but don't hold me to that!)

Plenty of discussion about this already here :

Rear Fender Extender / Spray Guard

Note that Triumph refer to it as a "Rear Spray Guard", not a "Fender Extender", or anything similar !

The Part ( No. T2304609 ) IS still available from Triumph Dealers - I bought one only last week  :169:

The "problem" may be that originally these were listed on the Dealers systems as an ACCESSORY,
but now they are listed as an OEM PART ( as they are supposedly being fitted as standard to all NEW Trophy's ).

I picked up my 2014 Trophy last weekend, and it did have a rear mudflap installed as standard equipment.

Had front and rear 'fender extenders' fitted at a1 moto at York a month ago so they are both available.
