I don't know how it goes in other markets but this morning I received from Triumph France an invitation to complete a satisfaction survey form in the occasion of my Trophy First Anniversary!  :062:

I had one of those in March from Triumph UK on my first anniversary too.

Great to be able to feedback your experience and also to let them know about things we might change to improve the bike

Well this month marks my one year purchase anniversary.  I hope I get a survey.  Much as I like Triumph I will have lots to say both positive and negative.

I received mine this morning on my 6 month anniversary. Mostly rank 1-10, Quality, features, satisfaction, issues/problems, what would I change, would I recommend, would I buy another, and enter to win $2000 of accessories.

I got one the other day, only 7 months after getting the Trophy. Since the ECU has been fixed that has solved any issues I have.

In a nutshell my answers were pretty middle of the road. Not a great bike, not a bad bike. Ive owned better. I couldnt say I would recommend it to someone else, and not sure I would buy another. Im certain Ill trade it in, in a year or two but not sure it will be another Triumph. Im sure it wont be another Sport Tour bike.
Probably back to big Dual Sport...Tiger 800 or GS or another Tenere.
