where are you going this Easter?
« on: April 17, 2014, 10:22:16 am »
Planning a little trip over to Normandy this Easter weekend. First real trip this year on the SE with the good lady on the back. Will also be the first long run now all the recall work has been done. Have to say she is running and sounding good (the bike that is).
Anyone else got a trip planned this weekend? Might see you on the Dover Calais ferry

Me and about 20 mates hitting the Brecon Beacons.... Hopefully not literally!

3 nights in Talybont on Usk and riding round the beacons by day!
Triumph Trophy! Not for every Tomaz, Dieter or Herman!🇬🇧

Looked at the Brecon Beacons National Park website: very tempting! Hope you'll have a very pleasant weekend
An old biker must be a good rider

Nothing so exotic as France.  Thinking about a quick run out to Big Bend National Park.  About 600 miles each way.  But can't seem to get my son interested in going.  Seems to want to stay around and go to church on Easter.  Likely proves he is a better person than I.

Nothing fancy, but my Father in Law is coming to visit, who also rides.  Fortunately, I have two bikes that are both ready.  I'm sure we will find somewhere that needs visited.  Weather is supposed to be 65f and sunny (18.3c to the metric people).
