Its started.
accelerating through the gears today and the analog speedo dropped with the rev counter every time i dipped the clutch. Also the clonking gear change is getting louder with every trip. It is now embarrassing to ride through a town as everybody looks when you change gear i think they expect to see a broken drive shaft lying in the road

The gears got worse after the first service. I am not sure this engine likes that very expensive thin red racing oil.

Motul 300V 4T Factory Line 10w40 Its what Triumph recommend for all there bikes now it feels very thin on your fingers and looks like auto transmission fluid. Thats what my dealer used

Sorry, this is probably just me being thick. Is it that the digital speedo is constant, but the analogue one drops?
