Planning a small trip with the Trophy. Do any of you use software to help plan trips, where to stop, where to go, where can get fuel, food, Hotel room, etc? MANY years ago, I would just mount and travel. Later in life, wife and kids, we would look thru AAA books. And now?  It would be great to upload my itinerary into the Garmin.

If you have a smart phone you can plan the trip from your laptop and access your plan from your smartphone as you travel.  They also show what is around your current location.
