New from West Texas
« on: August 31, 2014, 05:16:01 am »
Hi folks.  After reading every internet article, watching every youtube clip eight times, and visiting 5 different dealers, I finally drove my 2014 Blue TTSE home today. I enjoyed my previous bike a lot (2012 Victory Cross Roads) and put 35K miles on it in 2 1/2 years.  But I was ready for more power and less weight on a much more nimble platform.  Wow!  What a difference.

Looking forward to being a member here, soaking up all the great advice from all you experienced Trophy riders, and putting many miles on my new ride.

Cheers.

Welcome and congratulations. There is a huge difference between cruisers and sport tourers. It amazes me how many people tour on cruisers when they could be on sport tourers.
My mother asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. I said "a biker". She said I'd have to choose one or the other.
