BeadRider seat
« on: September 06, 2014, 12:09:22 pm »
Purchased a BeadRider seat cover for comfort and wished I had it 30 years ago. It's what truck drivers and taxi cab drivers use for comfort and temperature. I can ride for hours without getting a sore behind and a lot cheaper than buying different seats and pads.
Live and learn so just passing the word on so riders can try it without breaking your bank account. Simple and cheap!

+1 Beadrider saved me having to buy a custom seat about 50,000 miles ago. I won't ride without one now.

http://www.beadrider.com/measuring/

I suggest you measure how much area you want to cover. Mine is covering about 1 bead over the top side edges of the seat, goes to the very back of the seat but only goes part way up the front of the seat. You may want something different.

Approx. 13" front to back and 15" side to side. I modified mine as it was originally 15"x15". The Beadrider site lists a size of 13"x13" for the Trophy which would be correct if you do not want the bead to overlap the sides of the seat.

I purchased the Ultimate 13"X13" which adequately covers the seat.
