Hello everbody from "BMW-Land" bavaria
« on: September 06, 2014, 06:23:24 pm »
Hi,

my name is Gunther, 50 years old (not to old to change to Trophy  :038: ), after riding several BMW┤s for the last 24 years i gave an R1150RT away and got a 2012 Trophy SE, build 10/2012, 5800 km. Changed bikes on 04Th, September 2014, riding with the Trophy from the dealer to hometown was a pleasure.

Now the 3rd day on the bike, the smile is even more than on Thursday  :046:

My hometown is located in the south-east of Bavaria, therefore around me a lot of BMW's, but after riding the trophy one day for a testride there was no chance to ride without this bike for the future. Now I hope that i can show the great area of so called Lowerbavaria with the Bavarian forrest (one of the best places to ride, not to much traffic, wonderful roads, friendly people) and the Alps in Upperbavaria to my Trophy. These areas are the one that i can reach for riding only one day. Taking all chance to ride more as one day, then the Alps with Austria, Switzerland, Dolomites and France is first choice. And I hope to get many times with the Trophy there.  :038:

best wishes for all

 :400: Balu.

I'm riding from Stuttgart to Paso del Timole in the morning and I concur, lovely riding and so much better on a TTSE than an RT!

Later

Welcome to the forum. You will be the primary Trophy salesman in Bavaria.
Enjoy the ride!
My mother asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. I said "a biker". She said I'd have to choose one or the other.
