New Trophy
« on: September 08, 2014, 12:25:54 am »
I just traded in a 2002 Goldwing and a 2010 FJR to move up to a new Trophy.  So far I'm quite impressed.  I'm. 66 and retired.  I've owned quite a number of bikes since I was 14, but this is my first Triumph. Now I need to find a comfortable seat.

Welcome to the Forum :400:  There are a number of threads regarding the Trophy seat.  We have an excellent search tool and a quick search should provide you with a lot of information on the seat.

Welcome. What is it that people don't like about the seat? I can ride all day on the stock low seat. Perhaps I have a bit too much of my own seat padding!  :745:
My mother asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. I said "a biker". She said I'd have to choose one or the other.

Hi Ricksar and welcome! This spring I toured Scotland, stayed in the saddle for up to 6 hours, no problem with the standard couch on the TT!
