regarding gears
« on: September 13, 2014, 10:42:58 pm »
after changing the engine,as it was cheaper than taking to dealer for repair,i discovered that although the bike gear change appeared to be working it turns out the linkage was going rusty and preventing full movement.you live and learn sometimes you dont always see the simple things first  .

Hi Peter. Welcome to the Forum :400:  we are glad you decided to join us.  You will find that this forum is devoted to the "new" Trophy, the 1215 triple.  Although there are a few members who do have your model Trophy helpful information won't likely be plentiful. There is another forum, triumphant.net, which does have a forum devoted to your model.   We hope you will still visit with us when you have time.

Hi peter vine,

Glad to hear you sorted your problem !

Conversations are permitted about Triumph models other than the latest 2012 > Trophy,
but to avoid any confusion they should be posted in the "On Two Wheels - Bikers Chat" Section  :028:

Cheers  :821:
