Southend Shakedown

Is anyone considering doing the Southend Shakedown on 1st April? It is a run from the AceCafe in North London to Southend.

Sarah and I will be going if it is dry and not too cold for her (bless her). The weather at the moment looks reasonable and dry.

Would love to Robin, but if I was going I would take my Pan. The Trophy won't be run-in and I would need more confidence that the various niggles that have plagued some new bikes are not present on mine.

I think I'll give it a miss this year but hope to meet you at a Trophy bash sometime.

Sorry to hear that BP. I have told Sarah that the final decision to go will be hers as, although she has a heated seat, she still feels the cold. Hopefully, it will be a go.

I understand about the running in part. The few few hundred miles is painful!
