Just got back from a 1400mile trip and I need some sort of highway pegs. Does anybody know anything about Mick O Pegs
http://www.ridingiswonderful.com/
. They don't have anything listed for the Trophy but sure looks like something they make should fit on the crash bars.
I left them a voicemail but no answer yet.

I asked questions about highway pegs in general in earlier posts. If you do a search you can find a bit of information but nothing that suited my needs. If you do find a good set please be sure to post the results so we can all benefit.

I used to own a Honda Valkyrie and I still ride with the folks I met in the Valkyrie Cruiser Club on occasion. Several have them on their bikes and like them a lot. They are a well made product and have been around for quite sometime now.

Jay from mickopegs got back to me & said they do not have a model for the Trophy(I knew that) and their pegs are made to mount on 1"bars not the 7/8" bars of the R&G crash bars. Wish I lived close enough to go there in person and find a model that would work and then figure out a way to mount them.

Some how, probably here, I became aware of "adventure bars" for the Trophy. It seems that I have seen a picture of pegs attached to the adventure bars.

Perhaps I've dreamed this but at least it's a potential lead.

My mother asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. I said "a biker". She said I'd have to choose one or the other.
