My Rambling Randomness
« on: October 04, 2014, 01:00:59 pm »
I was adding posts to my welcome page, but people continue to welcome me, which is fine,
but instead of explaining myself all the time I decided to start posting stuff somewhere else.
Aren't you lucky ?  :008:

I Ramble around on my bike seeing interesting, and odd, stuff with no real sense of cohesion,
hence the Randomness.
Although I do have a penchant for Roadside Oddities.  :112:

I decided to share some of the more interesting places here also.
So, here are some of my Random Interesting places and pictures.

So far these are my three favorite pictures.
I have more, trust me !  :002:

Reflection of Sunset on Lake Erie, Erie, PA.

Triumph Trophy handles Deals Gap and leaves the Dragon looking on in disgust !  :008:

Red, White & Blue.
The colors of the British,...  I mean.., American Flag !  :001:

Hey, nothing  :112: about it. That is my whole reason for riding. I was on the road for a month last year doing just that RAMBLING. I came across some great sights and even more great people. I am leaving this coming Monday on another open ended (retired) rambling adventure. We have a great country filled with great people, but you have to get off the freeways and "ramble" to get the full experience. Here's to RAMBLING  :821:

Ramble On NavyDad !  :028:

Must me nice just to ride and not worry about having to be back for work.

I see Devil's Tower behind your bike.
That is one place that is on my list.   :002:

I don't like Freeways/Interstates either.
Backroads are so much more interesting.

Ahhh!!!!!! Scotland, my ancestors home !

Not sure where yet, but I know they come from there somewhere.
Probably around Glasgow, or south and west of there, from what I am told.
Sometime before 1750 though !

I can understand getting bored with riding the same roads.
I feel the same way just riding around Southern New Jersey !  :191:
That's why I am planning these farther trips now that I have a nice motorcycle.

Fear not, PC-Rider. Maybe you can get a few icicle tree shots to add to the portfolio.  The Polar Bear Ride season is upon us! 1st up is Cape May VFW on 10/26.

We made it to the Polar Bear stop at the Pic-A-Lilli last year.
That is where I took the three Triumphs picture !

 :190:

I don't mind.
I like riding in the winter.
Just no snow and ice please !
Too much of that last year.
