Zumo 500 & Scala Rider Q2
« on: October 07, 2014, 11:21:49 am »
Morning Ya'll

Just purchased the above from The Bay.

My question (which should have been made prior but that's me) Are they both compatible to connect by BT to the Trophy?

(Please say yes, and mean it)  :745: :745:

I would connect the Zumo via the supplied wired connection and then pair the Scala with the bike BT. You should have no issues.

I don't think (could be wrong but don't think I am) that you will be able to listen to music on the Q2 unless you are hard wired in.  At least that is what I was told and what prompted me to buy the G9

Ah, I missed the Q2 in the original post. Looking here it would appear that the Q2 will most likely not pair with the Trophy and if it does, the audio will be mono. The Scala Q4 and Q9 would work however, as would the Sena.

Indeed! I've been there before, and for me, I try not to piss into the wind. You may want to consider a different headset and just be happy!  :002:

Gonna see if it links to my Sat Nav and if it does that then I'll live with it until I win the lottery. If not, then expect to find a TTSE for sale as the wife is likely to rip my heart out  :745:
