Has there been any word from Triumph about this problem?  It would seem that most manufacturers would jump on a problem like this and rush to have a fix available to their dealers and the customers. 
I contacted our dealer about a month ago and they say they havn't heard from Triumph about any fix for this issue.    I love my Trophy but I would like to have a fix available before the warranty is over and they say tough luck, your warranty is over!!!!

The local dealer told me this afternoon that they just got a recall notice from Triumph for a software update for the Audio system to correct the battery drain problem, which may well be related to this.
