Hello from NC
« on: November 07, 2014, 03:34:22 pm »
In March I traded in a beloved '01 Ducati ST2 (in blue) and an '06 Tiger 944i in for a '13 Trophy.  I love the handling of the Trophy!  It is Nov and I have over 5000 miles on it with only one trip and lots of commuting.  Picture from first day I brought her home is attached.

Mods: Added a Triumph top case and back pad.  I love having the trunk to carry my work gear, spare gloves, tire pressure gauge, tire plug kit, extra wrenches, stuff to clean face shield etc...  I've been asked why I carry extra tools on a new bike.  My answer is, I never know what is going to happen and if I can use them to help another out of a jam I am just paying back the motorcycle karma gods.

I am an enthusiastic member of the Denizens of Doom, Triangle Chapter.  Look us up at http://www.denizensofdoom.com/

Glad to find another site to help learn more about the care and feeding of the machine  :002:

'13 Triumph Trophy
When in doubt gas it, at least it ends the suspense.

Western North Carolina is one of my favorite areas and I visit a couple of time each year. I now have 19000 miles on my ten month old Trophy and a lot of that was in NC. Photo was taken in Maggie Valley, one of our favorite areas to stay when we come to NC.
