Hello from NE Florida
« on: November 19, 2014, 01:26:48 am »
As some of you know I just got my 2014 Lunar Silver SE on Saturday so I thought I should post a greeting here as well.  I only have about 200 miles on it now but I can see that going up pretty quick.  Now I need to figure out how and where to mount my GPS and wire in my heated gear. I ordered the heated grips parts today. I think I finally found a bike that I will keep for more than a couple of years.
Just curious if there is any type of annual meet and greets for Trophy owners?

Chris

If by heated gear you mean jacket, vest, etc. I plug mine in at the plug in front of my left ankle. My wife plugs hers into the plug under the left edge of her seat. The plug by your ankle is powered all of the time so Don't leave anything plugged in that you can't turn off. The plug in the rear energizes when the engine starts. No meet and greet that I know of, but I am sure others are thinking the same thing.

Hi MooMoo and  :400:  to the Club !

There is plenty of information within these Forums on GPS mounting,
from Triumph's dedicated bracket, to various RAM Mount and custom options.

The Button is really useful - entering "GPS MOUNT" brings back 135 responses !
