Poor warranty service at dealer
« on: January 23, 2015, 07:06:56 pm »

Well my bike has 20,000 and now looks like second gear has an issue.  My local dealer Fla sports in stuart fl
does not care about there customers and  sitting on there but.  Took them two weeks just to look at the bike
now they can look at it again for two more weeks..

I bought this bike from them ..  was thinking about a thunderbird not from them...
So everyone beware of this dealer....

I thought someone posted the idea of starting a thread/sub forum reporting on satisfaction/dissatisfaction  with dealerships.  I wonder whatever happened to the idea.  I did a search but didn't find anything.

Have you tried contacting Triumph directly to complain?

Well if contacting Triumph hasn't helped, or in your opinion isn't enough then you may want to 1) contact the local Better Business Bureau and/or 2) contact your local newspaper (or TV station) to see if they have a consumer advocate who will take up your cause.  Alternatively I imagine that the Florida Attorney General Office has a consumer protection division.
