Not heard of it, or seen any formal announcement but browsing the web (socio-professional website, initial L) it seems that Simon who was leading the design team for the Trophy had now left Triumph (December 2014) to join Royal Enfield UK and become Head of Product Planning and Strategy

Would seem an odd move to go from a thriving, vibrant and growing brand to one that is effectively dead!

Anyway.... I thought his family was into bread!

Do you think he left or was pushed. The trophy took a lot of criticism for its looks when it was released.

It won't have been a half BAKED idea to move on....
Maybe he had to accept a SLICE of that criticism,
or perhaps he is just using his LOAF,
and has RISEN to take up a new challenge,
as he has nothing to PROVE after his time with Triumph !  :008:
