I am working with a local dealer on a blue 2014 Trophy SE. Currently riding a 2014 CTX1300.  Have to sell it first before finalizing the Trophy purchase. The CTX just is not filling my needs for my iron butt rides.  I have spent all the money I am going to to try and make it work for me.  I wandered into a Triumph dealer yesterday and saw ONE TrophySE on the sales floor.  I fell in love with the way it is set up.  GOT everything that I wanted on my last several WINGS..  electrically adjustable wind screen,  adjust on the fly headlight,  SIXTH GEAR and a claimed MPG in the mid 50s, DAMN I hope that is somewhat accurate. my 2012 wing was down to about 37 mpg  and my CTX is holding about 40
A nasty weather day riding is still better than any day working

Hi and welcome to the forum, you will find a great gang on here. Don't worry too much on the fuel side. I came to the tT from a wing and I have done 2,000 miles with an average of 59.4. enjoy the ride. :028:

You will not get less than 55mpg if you keep the speeds below 100mph but that is uk gallons dont know what that is in US gallons probably mid 40s

I routinely get over 42 mpg at highway speeds.  Close to 50 on slower back roads and over 50 at high altitudes like Colorado.

That's on regular gas by the way.

Enjoy the ride.
