A new Topic for the Forum - a quick and easy place to look up facts, figures, and useful information !

Attached below ( You must be logged in to see the files ) are :

Triumph Trophy Service Schedule - I 've compiled this from Triumph's Publicly available information,
and have made corrections to the errors and omissions that have previously come to my notice  :169:

NOTE : With thanks to Member DataDavid, there is also a downloadable "fillable" .pdf form,
to keep a record of Maintenence work here : Scheduled Maintenance Check Sheet ( Reply #1 )
NOTE: There are errors within those forms - refer to the below Service Schedule
that has been updated with known errors, corrections and updates.

Triumph Trophy Data Sheet - This Publicly available document provides lots of useful data
on Torque Settings, Wheel Bolt Tightening Sequences, Oil Spec's & Quantities,
Valve & Spark Plug Settings plus lots more !
NOTE : There is an error on this Sheet - At the top of page 1 :
Rear Brake Disc Run Out should read "Max. = 0.225mm ( 0.125 mm disc, 0.10mm bevel box )." NOT 0.5mm !

Service Items A list of Service Items with Triumph Part numbers
for those wanting to order parts to complete their own servicing.
( 27/12/20 NOTE : The below list has been updated to "Version 2"
to include updated Part Numbers, and missing Fuel Filter. )

Trophy SE Menu Map ( Guide ) With grateful thanks to Forum member "Rwright13"-
a really useful guide mapping out the Trophy SE electronic menu.

See also = Reply #8 of this Topic for a list of DTC's ( Dynamic Trouble Codes )
and how you can display them on your Instrument panel !

Please feel free to add any other useful information that you may have  :028:

@ cropbiker - of course I meant Station Warrant Officer  :169:

Wherever I was stationed I always endeavoured to foster a "Special Relationship" with the incumbent...so that when the next sh*t duty came along I was always at the top of his "List"

    Happy days..

I've asked for this Topic to be made "Sticky" for easier reference,
but to do so it has been suggested the Topic remains "locked",
so if anyone has any other useful data for inclusion just send it to me by PM,
and I will add it, acknowledging your contribution  :028:

    Diagnostic Trouble Codes ( DTC's ) / Fault Codes

Now that we know how to get DTC's displayed on the Instrument panel
( Press the SCROLL UP and SELECT ( "i" ) buttons together,
and hold them in while switching on the Ignition -
Keep them held in until the Speedo and Tacho needles have completed their Sweep.
Many thanks to Member "towerkl" for that Gem )
I thought it would be useful to know what they all mean !

Throughout the Service manual there are various DTC's listed in the various Chapters,
so I have pulled them all together and compiled a list in Alpha-Numerical order,
making it simpler to look up any DTC that you should encounter.

The file is attached below and can be downloaded by Forum Members that are logged on  :028:

As usual the file is provided "as is" -
Please let me know if you find any errors, or omisions etc.

EDIT 30/05/17 - The Downloadable document has been amended to Version 2.
The only change is to add DTC "P0000" which means "Zero Fault Codes stored".

EDIT 06/06/19 - The Downloadable Document has been amended to Version 3.
This now includes Page References for the official Triumph Trophy Service Manual.

EDIT 17/08/20 - The Downloadable Documents have beeen amended to Version 4
to include a note that DTC's relating to the TES are NOT stored in the ECU.

EDIT 17/09/20 - The Downloadable Documents have beeen amended to Version 5
to include notes for checking the Main Battery and various electrical coinnections.

EDIT 08/01/21 - To correct a minor error.

EDIT 30/07/21 - The Downloadable Documents have beeen amended to Version 7
to correct an error for DTC P0228 referring to TPS 1 - Should be TPS 2

    Cheers  :821:
