Triumph Trophy & Trophy SE ( 2012 on ) Torque Values

Compiled from various sources including the official Triumph Service Manual
( which has errors that have been corrected here ! ),
this a Reference list of torque values for the various nuts, bolts, fixings etc.

Split into Sections and in Alphabetical order, please note the Disclaimer,
and let me know by Personal Message if you find any errors or omissions !

25/06/17 - Edited to add a ".pdf" Version of the File for those not having Microsoft Word  :028:

NOTE :Torque figures are given in Nm.
ENSURE that your Torque wrench is set to Nm and NOT lb/ft.
If you inadvertently tighten a bolt using lb/ft instead of Nm
you will overtighten it by approx 35% !  :012:

    Update 09/08/18 :

As per comments within this Topic :

Camshaft Timing Check / Adjust now done at 10000 miles ?  which is NOT correct,

an Update has been made to the downloadable Service Schedule that is attached
to the first Post in this Topic, showing the change that HAS been made.
( No longer checked / adjusted at first 20,000 mile service only,
but now at EVERY 20,000 mile interval ).
