How to get information concerning new Triumph dealers
« on: February 16, 2015, 04:26:28 pm »
Just before last Xmas I read online that my local Triumph dealer had to close it's doors. This was the dealer that sold me my Trophy back late in 2013. So now I am stuck to driving three hours (Six hours all in all) to get to the nearest Trophy dealer only to get my bike serviced. That means that only to get me regular service done, I need to spend two days. Needless to say, that is a drag. I live outside of Bergen, Norway, and I have tried to get some  kind of information as to when a new dealer will be in place. The problem is that I don't know where I can get that kind of information. Suggestions, anyone?  :187:

Might be worth trying...  after.sales@triumph.co.uk

At least you'll get a response and they might be able to forward your question to the relevant department

Hi guys!
I sent a mail to both these adresses you provided, but no answer from any of them.
I am not very pleased by the way Triumph treat their customers, to say the least.  :187:

You have every right to be disappointed.  Maybe Gordon3xBBB's efforts will work.  Additionally perhaps  you could ask the  remaining (the one 3 hours away) to help facilitate communication?

Thunestvedt,

I've contacted after.sales@triumph.co.uk on your behalf and have received the following..

"Thank you for logging the following case.

Case Number : 00080220
Case Subject : Triumph Dealers in Norway

Case Description:
Hello,

A member of the Triumph Trophy Forum (www.triumph-trophy.com) who lives in Bergen, Norway is trying to find a Triumph Dealer close to where he lives, now that his Local Dealer has "Closed it's doors"

At my suggestion he sent an eMail requesting Dealer Information to your address and well as the "nordic.triumph" address but has so far received no response or even an acknowledgement.

Would you be good enough to provide me with the Contact Details of the nearest Triumph Dealer for somebody who lives in Bergen, Norway and I will forward those details to our Forum Member.. "

As soon as I get a response I'll let you know

Cheers

Great job!   :028: Still you would think the requested information so simple to obtain that Triumph would have responded with the information rather than "logging the case"
