Spring has sprung

Well we are finally seeing 40 and 50 degree temps and the snow is melting. Seen several bike out already but the roads are wet, sandy and salty, no way am I taking my brand new bike out in that mess but at least riding season is getting closer  :028:

I got a couple of short rides to the local store in so far but I have the same reservations here in Michigan about the spring pot holes and the salt.  Soon though,  soon!!
It may not be legal but I have a Dr's note!

Been down in Georgia and Florida for 6 weeks riding my trusty KLR650 around 4000 miles, but have to admit I cannot wait to get back home and get on the Trophy again!!!   In the 70's and low 80's here, but we Frozen Northerner's don't need temps to ride; just clear roads...

I lived in Upstate New York for a long time.  That leftover road salt can wreak havoc with a bike's frame, paint and electronics.  You are wise to w8

Nice not to have to worry about road salt here for the most part.  Spring here in central Texas is 80+ F..  Summer, hmmmmm, well, summer.  What else can you say about Texas.  If I hated hot weather I sure wouldn't live here.
