    Hi Guys

    Mine cut out twice this weekend :005: Iv'e got it booked in Wednesday to be put on the machine. Problem being this isn't the first time it's been in for this problem and it never logged any faults last time. But then again how could it it probely thinks it's been turned off  :087: :087:

    This hasn't happened to me but have you investigated the side stand?
    Might as well as wish we had.

    Also has this cutting out ever happened to anyone when the bike is in neutral? If not this would point even more strongly at the side stand.
    I hope it doesn't happen when powering round a bend, I think I will wear my brown trousers tomorrow!

    I'm following your train of thought Dave. But while the bike is under warranty I'll let the dealers sort it  :157:.
    But if they cant then I've gone about it the correct way and then Triumph can get ready  :233:

    I just thought it might be worth a look to see if the return spring was sloppy or the switch covered in crud or even a loose connection under there. As you say if the engine cuts out and the bike turns off there may not be any error messages recorded.
    Might as well as wish we had.

    I can confirm that my incident happened with the bike in neutral (roll to a stop, feathering the front brake, right foot down, straight into neutral...)
