Ever since I traded in my Tiger for the Trophy I miss my tank bag.   So, I purchased one (OEM) two weeks ago and got the call that it's in.  Looking forward to getting all my gear set.   Plan on doing some long day rides to get ready for trip to NC.    Cheers BC

I bought a new one but haven't used it yet. Seems really big and odd shaped compared to the one I had before guess I'll get used to it sooner or later lol

Based on advice I received here I got one in advance of a couple of long tours last fall. I'm very happy with it.
My mother asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. I said "a biker". She said I'd have to choose one or the other.

BludyL can you post a pic mounted on bike?  I've been considering getting one.

We're still in a winter deep freeze and the bike is in storage. I'll see if I can find one from last fall!

Here ya go. One photo is bag on bike, another is the bag with the rain cover, another is my wife's view. We use the bag for our rain suits and small items we may want to get to quickly when the bike is loaded for a trip. It fits great, does not interfere with the operation of the bike or the view of the gauges. Biggest pain is refueling, but even that is pretty much a snap. I also have a small eclipse bag that I have had for years and it stays on the bike all the time unless we are using the Triumph bag on a trip.

Thanks for that BludyL.  Doesn't the tank block the view of the instruments?

BTW, what does "We're still in a winter deep freeze and the bike is in storage." mean ?  I don't think I've ever heard of such a thing.  Obviously it must have something to do with cold weather.  Do you mean it can get so cold that it is difficult to ride a motorcycle? :008: :008: :008:
