Oh dear.

Let us hope it is an easy fix.

Sorry to hear that.

Please keep us posted!
My mother asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. I said "a biker". She said I'd have to choose one or the other.

Might be something simple
Mine is showing low voltage message on start up some nine months now, but never failed to start, just insists on turning off audio

Common problem with multiple causes.  Do you have satellite radio activated?

Sorry to hear that, hopefully its just the battery. Whenever I know my bike is going to be sitting for a week or two or longer without riding, I always plug in a 1.5 amp battery maintainer that I have mounted in the ceiling above where I park my bikes. I've been doing this with 8 different bikes over the years and I've never had a battery failure. Prior to doing this, I had experienced battery discharges on more than one occasion with different bikes. The problem is that all common lead acid batteries will discharge, even if not connected to anything. Smaller batteries like the ones on our bikes and on my lawn tractor do so even faster so to prevent it, I just plug it in. I've not experienced the low voltage/audio not found message on the TT either.

Yes and no , just took delivery so it's only the preview channel for now, however saw the thread about radio draining power but I have the newer software update ( 1.04A) therefore that is not supposed to be it!!

Same exact thing happened to me.   They came and picked it up , changed the battery, and ran/loaded the audio program.   The radio will keep searching for a connection of you don't get it fixed.
