Heated seat
« on: May 03, 2015, 11:23:43 pm »
Passengers heated seat is stuck on high. Putting the switch into the off or low setting does nothing. Bad switch? Going to dig into it when I have time and check to see if maybe a wire came off the switch could that cause the problem? Anyone else had this issue?

never had that problem. unplug the switch and see if the problem remains. And/OR swap the switch with the other seat switch to see if the problem stays with the seat or the switch.

There have been a few reports of faulty switches, so that is the most likely cause  :169:

FWIW
My pillion heated seat indicated ON when it was actually off
Dealer replaced the switch under warranty and I was definitely not the first this happened to

I did not experience any issues with the seat heating when off
Now got Black TTSE
Used to have Pre-Launch Trophy - lowest recorded Trophy VIN
