Good afternoon,  finally made the jump. I made my deal on a 2014 Trophy SE. I pick it up next Thursday.  This will be my first Triumph.  Long time rider, 43 yrs.  Trying to sell my current ride.  2014 CTX1300. I will be looking  for heel toe shifter ,,trailer hitch  and handle bar risers to bring them back a couple of inches.  But that being said,, from what I have read on this forum over last couple of months,  This bike will definitely be a step up for my type of riding,, Thanks everyone

I have always kind of set out on a different path :125:  But I really think the trophy is a much better base bike for what I want

You might want to take care with the bar position mods.  Some of the wiring is a little short to do much in the way of moving the handlebars.  There are some posts on the forum about it you can look up.  I don't know for sure if anyone has done a hitch on a Trophy, but I'll bet someone has.  There are some K1600's out there with trailer hitches, so I guess the experts that do those could put one on the Trophy.  It will be interesting to see how a new and different mod works out.

Well I have already found a company that makes a specific hitch for the trophy se,   had to reroute the wiring and brake lines on my ctx1300 for the ROX risers.  But have not actually found a manufactured set yet

Welcome to the group!  I'm also curious as to the trailer towing capabilities of the Trophy.  Please report back how it works out!
