    Hey guys

Wife and I, and another couple just finished a ride from Orlando to Toronto(no interstate). Did 3000kms in total, and the trophy never missed a beat.   In fact it's been perfect for 16000kms since I bought 1year ago. PR4s have 12000kms - rear is starting to flatten, and front looks fine. Spent two days riding in and out of the blue ridge parkway - just beautiful.

Anyway, just wanna say - I love this thing.

Sounds like a great ride!  Wish my wife would go with me some, but I know her back could never take much of it.  Even if I don't get to take long rides it sure is a great ride every time I'm on it.

Sounds like a great ride. Did you go down in the fall?  I want to do the blue ridge parkway and the back roads down to Florida. Can you post the route you took?

My wife and I went to Nova Scotia from Toronto on my harley and she loved it but hasn't been on the bike since I got the TTSE. I hope she changes her mind.

If you can get her on it, she may like the pillion seat.  I rode for a short while behind my stepson so he could get the feel of it, and I think the pillion seat was more comfortable than the riders low seat.  Still can't get my wife to try it though, sigh.  Oh well, at least she doesn't complain about ME riding. :002:

We rode down in Nov and left the bikes in Orlando.   Spent a week touring florida in Feb, then road home last week.

    Will post our route soon.

I've got to admit that much as I like the Trophy I can't imagine I would like a long distance two up ride.  Actually the same goes for any bike I've owned.  My favorite pillions are my daughter and my son but after 100-200 miles I begin to wish I was riding alone.  Maybe it's my riding position but no seat is big enough for two for very long.

You may have a great point there come to think of it.  When I take grandkids out for a while it does feel good to get it back to just me.
