Has anyone isnstalled a Garmin 590 on their trophy yet using the factory mount and wiring harness??  Trying to decide if I should just move my handlebar mount and harness over or splurge for the factory setup?

Yes, I have a 590LM fitted on the Trophy standard mount. It is also in the Touratech locking cradle.

    All works perfectly!

No problem at all... The harness just plugs directly onto the audio in plug on the bike...

The 590 is also my telecoms hub giving me call answer and make functionality from the screen and on top of that it also gives me remote control of my Garmin Virb camera

Yes.... It is in a great position... With the nav so high and central it is only a momentary flick of the eye downwards to see the screen or to press the button to start the camera.

I have only just fitted th Touratech locking cradle (a recent gift) and I have had to tilt the 590 a little further back in order for it not to obscure the top,of the info screen. I will be riding today so will see if that has changed the viewing experience..

    G'day Cropbiker,

Any chance you can post some images of your installation as I'm considering installation of the 590LM and would like to ensure it clears the windscreen and doesn't obscure the central information screen (for someone who is 180cm/6' tall).
