DISMOUNTING THE FRONTAL PART OF THE BIKE.
« on: June 01, 2015, 10:27:30 am »
Dear fellows:
I need to reach the motor that moves the sreen up and down. Does any of you have a "nice" description of how to dismount the frontal part of the bike?.  :087: :087:
To be honest I started yesterday to work on it and after taking out more than 15 screws I was not able to reach the screen motor....

Any hint will be wellcome and a virtual beer paid. :156: :156:

I'm guessing you don't have the Trophy service manual?  According to the manual you have to remove the left hand infill panel as well.  If you send me a PM with your email address I will send you a scan of the Front Cockpit Panel removal.  I don't want to publish as it could be construed as a copyright violation whereas a single instance of sharing a scan is likely ok.  However I caution you that the removal looks quite involved.  The removal alone takes an entire page and advises the use of an assistant.  Are you certain the motor needs accessing and not just the switch?
