History of Shifter Lever bolt breaking?

Has anyone had a failure or know of one on the shifter bolt on a 14 TT ? It appears that there have been several and I am attempting to determine if it had been corrected by Hinckley for the 14 model yr.as the posts don't mention the yr models with the issue.I have two 3000 mile road trips planned for the summer and due to the total lack of Triumph dealers in West Central US I want to be proactive staying ahead of any known issues before hitting the road. Thanks for any response!

It doesn't seem to be a problem unless the bike has been dropped

21,000 miles on my 2014 and no issues yet. I did remove and lube the shifter and linkage at the 20,000 tune up.
