Tour round the coast of Australia

i seem to have forgotten to post up anything here about my current trip. I am more than 6500 kms into a trip of around 15,000kms in 6 weeks or so. Bike is running great, and the weather is getting up to 20c minimums at night to 35c plus during the day.

Bike is over 92,000kms still 8,000kms to get home, then. A major service and a few rides after that before the warranty runs out mid November

Wow... that sounds a fantastic trip....Would love to do that... Something on the retirement list!

A great time of the year to travel to and through Western Australia and the Top End. Watch out for the wildlife and enjoy the ride.

Well done John, Having done 2 laps myself, 1 on a ST and 1 on a GT, I recommend to others to put that ride in your bucket list, Backed it up with 3 laps of Tassie on the TTSE

Wow man what a ride, over 9000 miles,  .   Isn't cold in the south this time of year?   Anyhow, great trip, have fun.

In Northern Australia it is 20 to 30c this time of year, around the coastal areas, gets hotter in summer. Inland areas up north can get to 0c.
