Very Serious Gremlin Bell Question!!!!!

I've had 3 gremlin bells given to me over the years.

I foolishly forgot to remove one when I sold the bike, and one of the others fell off..

Question is, being that they should be given to you, if I purchase bells to replace the forgotten and lost ones... will they still protect me from the evil road gremlins...

if not, is it legal in gremlin-avoidance-land to ask a friend to give you one... ???

Please reply, I won't be able to rest until I know for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought they were only for Harley bike , never seen one on a Triumph.

I believe they are small bells that some biker hang on the bottom front  frame of there bike I see they mostly on Harley .Did not know you need three bells
