Hi Everyone,
Andy from Luton, Beds UK here (Don't hold that against me )
Picked up my new(ish) Trophy se Launch from Pure Triumph Wellingborough last weekend. It's an ex demo bike with 1300 on the clock, so at least I don't have to run her in ! Traded up (?) from a 2010 Thunderbird se. Had a Sprint ST before that. I loved my Sprint but my wife wouldn't go on it. Didn't like being perched over the exhaust pipes. She loved the Thunderbird, but not too practical a touring bike, and she was very sad to part with it. The Trophy will I hope will be our happy compromise. Rode her (the bike, not the wife !) to work for first time today - loved it.
Roll on the long weekend !
Andy

Hi &
I've had 3 Sprint ST's and a GT (that my wife loved) for various reasons, said they were very comfy for all day riding i.e. 400 miles but I had found the years catching up with me and needed a more upright riding position and lower seat height............then along came the Trophy, prayers answered
Enjoy

I kept my Sprint ST when I bought my Trophy. I couldn't bear to part with it. The ST has taken me to so many destinations, even my dream of a trip to the Arctic. There is too much history to let her go. So the ST and Trophy are stablemates. Welcome to the Forum.

You're safe, I'm not a fan of any team in particular, but I do enjoy watching a good game. Had a great weekend getting to know the bike and yes my wife loves the bike. Busy planning more trips now.
Thanks for the welcomes all
