    He was wobbling all over the place when he slowed down.  Seems to have little control with those handlebars.

    Seriously though, over here in the UK that would probably be illegal, and come under the
    "Dangerous Condition" part of our Construction and Use Regulations

    Well it's one way to avoid flies in your teeth but I can't help but think a windshield would have been more practical!
