Hugger torque figures

I have just ordered my hugger and remember reading somewhere about the torque settings being wrong. Just wanted to check what the correct settings are. Are they 40 nm?  X

I had a problem with mine...the brake chattered on use.  Perhaps the torque spec is too low?
