EBC FA423/4HH Pads Installed Today...Wow, What a Difference.

I installed the above today and all I can say, it's a big difference on the amount of lever effort needed to stop the bike. It took a long ride to get use to the new braking power but me likes it :156:. Cost $86.80 and I got them here, http://www.ebay.com/itm/321887359027?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT . Maybe took 10 minute to install all 8 pads. Since buying the TTSE I've thought the brakes were lacking a bit and a lot of lever effort was needed to stop. But with these new pads that problem is now gone.

Hi azccj, their write up looks good,   :028:  let us all know how they perform,  once you have put some decent mileage on them.... :017:

I have a slight surge in my front brakes dealer checked the run out on the rotors and they were within spec. Thinking maybe a different set of pads might help thanks

Yes EBC pads made a great difference for me they stopped any pulsing and made the brakes feel much more powerful.

Sintered pads do have more bite.  They also wear out your rotors much faster than organic pads.

I changed the pads on my Voyager at 53,000 miles.  They were all in spec, with only one pair getting near the limit.  Don't see having to change the Trophy for at least that many miles.

The brakes on my 2014 work wonderfully; I can't imagine needing more braking power.  I have a few other concerns on my TTSE, but brakes aren't one of them.

I've been thinking about changing the pads out on the front before changing the rotors to see if it'd get rid of the pulsing.
