Triumph Jackets
« on: November 23, 2015, 12:28:15 am »
I needed a replacement for my Scorpion jacket and came across a great deal on this Triumph jacket with waterproof liner. Needless to say, my size so I snatched it up. I've been looking at jackets for the last couple of months and never considered the Triumph jackets until I saw this one. The last two dealers that I've visited this month had clearance pricing on a lot of the Triumph gear. On one of the visits they had a couple of nice Triumph watches at 50% off along with insulated mugs and such.

Nice.  Is that your winter riding gear for Florida?  I think I would have to wear white or a hi-vis for the heat and blue hairs.

Yes, actually it is my all season jacket for Florida. Mesh jackets is all I ever wear down here because of the heat. I have two other mesh jackets with zip in quilted liners that work pretty good up in your area as long as it does not drop below 35 degrees or so. I've never used the quilted liners here in Florida, but I do ride up your way to Bryson City, NC to Tellico Plains, TN and Sunbright TN in late October and have needed and used them there, especially early mornings. This Triumph Jacket doesn't have a zip in quilted liner, but it does have a zip in waterproof/wind liner that I probably will never need here either.

looks good.  Although we are jealous around this time of the year with the weather you get I have often been to Florida in the summer and it is too hot for me, we are just not used to it.

I will have to check Triumph clothing sales over here too.

Nice Zebraranger, looks great.

I'm so jealous of all those discounts over there, we have our National Motorcycle Exhibition next week so I'm hopefull to get a few bargains there; not that I actually need anything!

Later

Dave

Triumph sure has some crazy clearance prices from time to time.  I picked up a Triumph Viper leather jacket a couple of yrs ago when they were dumping them for $99 each with free shipping.  Have not seen anything that I couldn't live without since, though.
