I used mine once so far. Had a driver issue when first installing and got awesome tech support from DT, can't say enough good things about them  . When hooked up with the bike running,  the session disconnected several times and I had to relaunch it. I haven't tried again since, been too busy, and haven't taken it up with DT yet either. I wanted to use it again and see if the problem persists. Anyone else had that disconnect issue?

For those that have purchased the DealerTool device, or considering it,
I enquired with DealerTool to see if they have any plans
to incorporate additional features into the DealerTool device, namely :

• The ability to program TPMS Sensor codes, for example when new Sensors are fitted
• The ability to activate Heated Grips and Heated Seats Instrument Panel symbology

The Good News is that they ARE "... working on both of these options currenty." 

While at the moment there are no guarantees that they will be able to accomplish this,
or any timescales, at least they are listening to their customers' requests
and trying to implement these suggestions. 

If I hear any further News I will let you know !
